It is suitable to remove maximum dissolved solids in water and
provides pure water as low as 5 ppm TDS. The plants are tailor
built to handle feed water TDS ranging from 100 - 37,000 ppm.
Reverse osmosis membranes are semi porous spiral wound membranes
which are proficient to remove organics, colloidal particles,
bacteria, virus, pesticides, dissolved salt from water. High
pressure pumps are used to feed water to RO membranes and the pure
water permeate through fine pores and multilayers of membranes and
comes out through product water line. This system includes
micron/bag filter, high pressure pumps, RO housing and membranes,
CIP cleaning system, pre and post chemical dozing systems, piping,
valves and instruments, PKC or semi automatic control panel,
pressure switches, auto valves, high pressure SS piping and low
pressure UPVC piping, flow meters and pressure gauges, powder
coated MS skid mounting etc.The special chemical pretreatment for
iron silica and hardness ensures trouble free RO plant operation.
UF membrane is also offered as pretreatment to RO to maintain
higher product water recovery.
